Anomalies in long-term hydrophobia

Customer response to the new A1 HIGH END Spray Wax has been highly positive. Furthermore, it was named the test winner in the Auto Bild comparison test. Nevertheless, Dr. Wack has registered a few comments that found the product's long-term hydrophobicity unsatisfactory.

Since Dr. Wack is 100% committed to maintaining the topic of highest quality and customer satisfaction as the company's top priority, even a few shortcomings are taken very seriously and pursued with determination.

For example, in the case of A1 HIGH END Spray Wax, which was only recently launched on the market, it was found that quality variations in a raw material led to losses in long-term hydrophobicity in some end products. Unfortunately, this defect could not be analysed under the regular methods of restrictive incoming goods inspection and the associated quality assurance. Only intensive cause research in analytics was able to identify the source of the defect, which could now be eliminated.

However, all other product properties of the A1 HIGH END Spray Wax remain unaffected. Dr. Wack sincerely regrets that the high quality promise could not be completely fulfilled and asks customers for the opportunity to make amends.

According to the current status, some products of the following four charges with the numbers 250221, 250321, 260321 and 300421 are affected. Although only some of the products are affected, this cannot be distinguished externally.

Dr. Wack is therefore offering a free replacement to all customers who have purchased A1 HIGH END Spray Wax and are not satisfied with its performance - and even if the product purchased does not come from one of the four charges.
